In this video, we demonstrate a modern minimally invasive approach to the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis at the L2–L3 level in a 75-year-old patient. The operation was performed using unilateral biportal endoscopy over-the-top (UBE over-the-top decompression), which allows for effective decompression of neural structures while maintaining spinal stability and minimizing tissue trauma.
